PACKET PICKUP WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 12:00-6:00 PM ON FRIDAY, MAY 23, AND ON RACE MORNING BEGINNING AT 6:00AM UNTIL 8:00AM.  PACKET PICKUP IS AT WESBANCO ARENA (LOBBY), 2 14th St, Wheeling, WV 26003.

8:00-10:00 AM - Packet Pickup Tiny Tot Trot
7:15 AM - Half Marathon Run Starts
7:30 AM - Half Marathon Walk Starts
7:45 AM - 5K Run Starts
7:50 AM - 5K Walk Starts
8:30 AM - Fun Run 1 Mile Starts
10:30 AM - Tiny Tot Trot Starts
